I'm so disappointed that Amy was let go tonight AS she did the best she could with her team. Tashica so needs to go. Both captains didn't do a good job so why was the other captain not voted off.
Tashica is a HUGH weak link!!!!! AND NEEDED TO GO NOT AMY. You need to bring AMY back!!
I definitely agree with mgrier3280 — Tashica was, by far, the weaker of the last two and she was the one who needed to go. Amy did not have total control as captain but Tashica was her major problem. I think that this was brought home when Tashica went back to the green room instead of Amy — the looks on the other designers faces and the fact that no one said a word said it all! I would admit a mistake was made and bring Amy back and let Tashica go.

I was disappointed to see Amy go; I thought Tashica made a major blunder by not completing her task in accessorizing what could have been a winning design. Amy's main problem was insecurity and a lack of organization, which could have been overcome in time and working with team members who pulled their load. If Tashica doesn't step it up, she could be the next one to go. It was a difficult challenge, but all the crying has to stop, people!
