Hey Antonio…here's a suggestion, why don't you change the name of your new show to "The Viewer-less Project", because buddy, that's exactly what its going to be! I predict you'll be cancelled in less time than it took the Judges to cheat Dan out of his winning the contest…be the big man that you think you are and step down – you know you don't deserve to win — because you're not talented enough!

Are you kiddin me. We have a thousand Dan's out there. You seen one you seen them all. Antonio is the real deal. He is unique and a breath of fresh air. He will definitely bring it to you. I love your style Antonio! You are the best and it has been proven by not one, not two but three well respected judges. HA HA HA HA HA. Get a life buddy. The best man won!

DAN STARTED BEING VOTED AS A FAVORITE AFTER THE WHITE ROOM CHALLENGE; NOTHING HE DID BEFORE OR AFTER THAT MADE HIM LOOK LIKE A DESIGN STAR BUT THE SHEEPS KEPT VOTING HIM ANYWAY; His garrage project was so weak and of course his everlasting habit to blame on everybody else made him the LEAST of my favorites ! Bravo Antonio, i do like your honesty and hope you stay true to yourself !
I watch HGTV all of the time. I like Antonio and wanted him to win. HOWEVER, I don't think HGTV sgould have aired the Antonio Project. He said his house is his personal taste…and boy was it. His sexua references and the juvinal, gaudy renovation was just too much. The kitchen was great…the rest of his "Design" was personal trash. I hope that his future designs don's show his "personal taste" as I do think he can do good design for someone else…I hope you never show his home again. And, please ask him to quit making comments referring to anything sexual.

I remember a fad that had something to do with pink flamingo's. I would say that pink ducks may follow the way of the pink flamingo's. That is the problem I have with Antonio to much flash and not enough pazaaa

yeah, it was a bold decision. I think I say something VERY similar on color splash. Didn't david spray paint a deer head orange to put over a fireplace. So who had the smart decision first?

Julia you have nothing to be sorry for . The pink geese were an eyesore! Antonio's "designs" are cartoons. Which accounts for his fan's "taste," in "design."
I was on pins and needles watching the design star season finale; I swear if you didn’t win that was my last show.
Finally, HGTV is bringing someone whose cool, fresh, real, with a little swagger that can ROCK IT OUT!!!! lol ……………………. Congrats Ant you did it!!! Now come to the ATL and rock out my room lol

Heaping praise on a non-talent jerk, is not my style. Antonio is NOT a designer, he has no talent at all. Derision is entirely in order here. He and HGTV deserve it!

Listen-up you are made of ‘strong stuff’ you have a huge fan base bloggers pop in and out for obvious reasons. Food-for-thought do not allow the vile negative comments to bring you down. Odd, I thought it was severe nausea brought about discussion of Antonio. Yes, actually, I'm quite sure of it.
Bad designer and egotistical jerk — DS jumped the shark with this choice for sure.
I will be watching Antonio. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Dan. But do you really believe HGTV would have given him a shot when, overall, he is sooo similar to a few of the other male hosts currently on HGTV? Antonio – I wish you the best! I'm looking forward to seeing your program!
I enjoy his passion and compassion and with the death of two of my daughters would ask him to help me in remodeling my home to sell it, so I may get away from the bad memories. I have been doing the remodeling for over 2 years mostly by myself and need help i have no money to hire anyone. On top of that I am raising my 3 yr old granddaughter who was 4 wks old when my daughter died and I truly want to raise her somewhere away from that home. I wonder if Antonio is passionate enough to see what would help my home, or just dump it.

My condolences to you. No one should have to go through such grief. However, if you're selling your house, you really need to make it look vanilla. Antonio's designs would keep you from selling quickly. Watch designed to sell instead. It does work. I have a good friend who's a RE agent and she said to always take out your personality and make things generic. Good luck with your future and good luck to your grandchildren.
