  1. Sad to see Bex go, but the hexagon boxes were really sucky. She has a great spirit though and I was looking forward to see what she might do next. I absolutely love Rachel, and have done so even before the show started, when I was just looking through the various portfolios. Rachel's style is right up my alley! Plus, she seems pretty well adjusted, emotionally, although she wasn't paired with Luca or Chris. I'm hoping the next to go will be either Chris or Meira. Chris is totally rude and Meira is a whiner and most likely borderline.

  2. Are you forgetting about "Secrets of a Stylist"? I wasn't able to watch that whole season but just lately have been watching her work and every new one I watch I am getting more and more impressed!. Plus there are lots of ideas I could put into place in my own home. Sorry to see Bex go home but for whatever reason she didn't shine as much as the others did this week. Luca still was blaming others and saying how good he is. Both choices appropriate in my book, even though I wish Bex could have stayed.

  3. Can anyone tell me what happend to Kim Miles show, Miles of Styles? Why isn't that show on the HGTV line ups anymore? She had great inexpensive ideals that you could do yourself . HGTV should put that show back on air. Do keep in mind that she was a Design Star winner, would earned her title. Stop put these runner up, and other on TV, they are seconds place holders not winners.

  4. Kim Miles earned her Design Star title is what I meant to say in my prior statement. HGTV put that show back on the air!

  5. I always felt that Candace did not have the stomach for this show. She just did not fit in. I don't think she wanted to be cruel to any of those aspiring designers. She's got more talent in her little fingernail than everybody on that network combined. Boy!!! I've been wanting to say that for a long time.

  6. So sad for Bex. This was not a good situation for her. The question is, did she help create this failure, or contribute to make it worse? Hard to tell, as we only got a small portion of their interaction. There could have been a whole show of Bex and Luca, and I would have thoroughly enjoyed watching every minute of it. Wouldn't it be nice to have a follow up show so we can see the entire interaction of one part of each show? I could have watched a whole documentary of why Bex feels that she should remain in the competition. As viewers, we desperately need to be more involved, so that we can function during the week when there is no Design Star. We want to know more about Luca, so we can understand why he feels that he was unduly eliminated? How did Luca get this far on design star? But so far, we as the audience are cut out of so much. What does David Bromstad have for lunch while he is on set? We really need to know these things.

  7. I love Emilly and David. I can watch Meg's show, but I could never watch Antonio's show. I tried. IMO, it is horrid!
