Danielle showed much more diversified talent throughout the entire series and was so comfortable on camera. I'm so thrilled she won. Looking forward to her new show. So glad it starts soon!
Danielle is arrogant and her cutsie fake reactions to things are repulsive. I agree with you, Lori. Genevieve was threatened by Britany. All of your other comments about Danielle were right on, as well. I wouldn't watch her show if somebody paid me! Britany was a class act and GENUINE.
I think Brittany should have won. I think that the judges were not fair. I agree with Katy that I hope the decision was based on a discrimination reason. Danielle is good but Brittany is so much better. She has class and great camera presence. I am disappointed with this show. I think Brittany was robbed. =/
I think discriminating reason too. But it should have come down to Hilari and Brittney. On camera presence hands down, Hilari!. Your disappointed this week, I was disappointed last week. They really need new judges to perhaps regain some credibility
Here you have it – Affirmative action at its best! I'm so pissed I even continued watching the show because i had that funny feeling they would pick the winner not just based on their merits as a designer. Britany was clearly the better of the two in terms of design and ability to come up with a show concept and name that incorporated all her talents. Danielle was awesome, too, but feel like Britany was the better of the two. I may quit watching show in the future.

I honestly thought Britany was going to win, but here is what I think the issue with her was; she has a design style and she sticks to it. Brittany to me has not shown as much versatility as she is capable of this season. Her designs tonight were excellent but it would have been interesting to see her do the space of the other couple which would have shown that she has the ability to be spontaneous in design. The finished spaces I saw tonight were definitely Britany, not so sure it was the family.
Affirmative action maybe, but the wrong recipient. If they were going to give a minority a chance, Hilari was the better of the two. Affirmative action gone awray. Ha!
Even though I wish Britany had won, I think it's wrong to chalk up Danielle's win to her race. After all, three out of the final four were people of color.

Brittany was better hands down. I agree with another; I won't watch Danielle.
I think they both had their own pros and cons, but having studied video production and watching countless hours of HGTV, given the comments that their work was about 50/50, I am persuaded to say that this decision was Affirmative Action at its finest. C'mon America, get over the past! Give it to the one who deserves it. Im sorry HGTV, im you have lost many fans with this call, myself being one. I most certainly will never watch any of Danielle's shows. She lacks true camera finesse and lets face it…. just doesn't have the sex appeal that Brittany had! Brittany Fan ALL THE WAY! Keep designing top notch rooms girl! You can come design my place ANYTIIME!

I have a feeling Danielle's show will eventually get booted due to lack of interest and low television ratings. They would be wise to put Brittany on a program "in the wings" because i see it coming… She may not be on some entry-level show, but become part of an already large and award winning series. HGTV has got to realize their mistake on this sooner or later.
I am a HGTV addict but I have to say how disappointed I was with Danielle winning. Having observed her an her crying meltdowns week after week she will be lucky to get through a season without having a nervous breakdown. So nervous and unprofessional! I would be afraid to hire her.
Brittany should of won. Danielle messed up on so many challenges…how in the world did she win. I learned more from Brittany's clips and pilot than I did from Danielle. Danielle should of never made it to the finals…especially after some of the very obvious and stupid mistakes she made. Sorry to say but I won't be watching her show. Very disappointed HGTV.
Danielle sucked. I'm going to boycott HGTV!
