This weekend I did laundry — lots of laundry — in my cramped, beige and windowless laundry room. It made me wish for a bright, airy space to drip-dry my dresses, or at least more room to store my detergent.
I am oh-so-envious of the Rate My Spacers who made design happen in their laundry room — one of the most neglected and utilitarian spaces in the whole house.

Love the colors, love the organization. I wonder if the kitty enjoys the spin cycle?

Wash, rinse, repeat in casual country style.

I’m drooling over all that cabinet space. Plus, how cool is that floor detail?

I refuse to believe that this is a laundry room.

THANK YOU FOR THIS WE LOVE IT….NOW WE KNOW WHAT WE CAN DO WITH OUR LAUNDRY ROOM…THANK YOU AGAIN
I am doing my laundry this morning in a drab area. The pictures inspired me to make my area livelier.
As an organizer, I love the ideas. Might as well make laundry as beautiful as possible. I have cheery beach pics hanging in my laundry room.
We have a laundry room painted white, with white appliances, yeh, boring, however, decorated with framed Art our children made!! It is bright cheery and I can see their smiling faces in each colorful peice! It is a happy room.
