The final designer I want to feature from the bInspired showcase is Carol Weaks. It makes sense to wrap coverage of the Atlanta show with a designer so deeply tied to the South. You can find her work in magazines like Veranda , Southern Accents, and Traditional Home.

Three inspirations from Carole Weaks:
Travel: “Never do I return from France without a feeling of euphoria from what I’ve seen there. The attention to detail in even the simplest of shops shows such creativity and emphasizes their understanding of the importance of being surrounded by beauty whenever possible.”
Nature: “Five quiet minutes of looking at a blue sky against green trees and you knowt hat Mother Nature is the best disgner of them all. Don’t even try to beat her.”
Craftsmen: “I am constantly in awe of the people who put their heart and soul in the creation and fabrication of beautiful things, often without regard to monetary gain. These talented men and women are fueled by pride and passion.”

Really lovely stuff this year all around from the six featured designers. It’s a testament to the talent pool, as they all come from the same small geographic slice of the country.
I found another write up from Things That Inspire with a few different photos and details. We didn’t share a favorite but there are some good details to be had.

Simply stated. Mother nature is the queen. It's also the attention to wee little details that make the difference.
