Every week, I run a poll on the HGTV.com homepage. It’s a great way to see what you guys love (or hate) and I use it as a springboard for photo galleries, articles and blog posts. Last week’s was on window treatments and the winner (which surprised me) was floor-length drapes. I thought Roman shades might take it, since I’m seeing them everywhere right now.

Cool! When people think about dressing their windows the first thing that comes to mind are the curtains. Although this is a good way to begin, you should always try to think what is common. Good job!
