October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We’re tickled pink (and rose and bubblegum and coral) over these latest rugs, paint and seating options designed to delight while raising critical funds.

Company C, a national corporate partner of Susan G. Komen for a Cure®, has a “Passion for Pink” rugs. A percentage of sales of Karen’s Rug and The Sisters’ Rug will be donated to Komen for a Cure.

Stark Paint, colours by David Oliver has teamed up with The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® to raise money for breast cancer research. Sales of Oyster Lilly, Diva, Subtle Angel, Wax Bouquet and Sand 1, support this initiative. All Stark Paint is eco-friendly, water-based with zero VOCs in the paint and the pigments.

And for the first time, Hans Wegner’s Wishbone Chair is available in pink. As part of The Pink Wishbone Project, SUITE New York is auctioning off (online) 20 of these chairs featuring one-of-a-kind cushions designed by leading women interior designers, including Kelly Wearstler, Bunny Williams and this one designed by Annie Kelley. 100% of the proceeds benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

We can now embrace pink to our (sweet) hearts’ delight while making a difference in the lives of women and those who love them.

We’ll look at what Ralph Lauren is doing with The Pink Pony Fund in our Weekly Round-Up on Saturday.

I absolutely love this chair and it is such a good cause. I have pink in at least one of everything I own to support Susan G Komen because I have lost 6 friends in my short life to breast cancer. I am so excited that it is October! Love Stark paint also. =0) God bless everyone and may a cure be found very soon.
