    I would say that the Opening is too small for a Cigar Cutter. I think perhaps this may be an Olive Pitter. Taking a look at it – it looks like you place the olive through the hole on the side. Now if you take a look, there is also a hole at the front tip. I think this is where the seedless olive pops out… Just a thought!
