We are a dual-faith family, my husband is Lutheran and I am Jewish, so we combine the two traditions and light the menorah as well as trim the christmas tree. Both the menorah and the christmas tree symbolize the light of the season, and remind us to share that light with our neighbors and community.
I love the scent of Balsam. That just floods my mind with wonderful memories as does cinnamon scented pine cones. I love the trees and especially the lights and ornaments but the scents are extra special! Good luck everyone and Merry Christmas!
