my favorite ornaments are when my 3 children came home from elementary school to the start of christmas vacation and they each handed me a star made of construction paper with a picture that was laminated. that was about 15-16 years ago. i still have them.
My very favorite ornament is the Christmas tree Angel topper. It was bought, many years ago, for us to use, the one Christmas that my in-laws from Hawaii visited us in the mainland. My father-in-law has been dead now, for several years and my mother-in-law is hoplessly inmeshed in Alzheimers. When ever I put her up, as the last ornament on the tree, I feel as though they are with us. Too bad she lives so far away! She would not even know her son.!
My favorite ornaments were hand made by a special aunt who is no longer with us.
MY FAVORITE ORNAMENT IS A WOOD VIOLIN MY FRIEND JORGE GIVE ME BECAUSE I WAS ALLWAYS TALKING ABOUT HOW MY FATHER WHEN HE WAS YOUNG PLAY THE VIOLIN.EVERY YEAR WHEN I FIX MY CHRISTMAS TREE I REMEMBER HIM WITH A SMILE,I WISH I SEE HIM AGAIN WE LOST COMUNICATION LATELY
