March 2nd marks the 107th birthday anniversary of Theodor Seuss Geisel, aka Dr. Seuss.
Dr. SeussAs I child, I loved reading his books filled with captivating rhymes and fantastical characters. As an adult, I appreciate the sense of imagination he evoked through his work. Dr. Seuss once said, “I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells.”

Well, here are some Seussical-inspired furniture pieces by Judson Beaumont and Straight Line Designs guaranteed to perk up your design mind.

Fun and functional — what more could you ask of furniture? I really loved the Tree Cabinet and would have one in my home. The Pet Camper is too cute, and I agree with pixelecho69 that the Bad Table is hilarious. If I had to design a child's room this furniture would be essential!
