    Then you have to take on count the county adopted millage rate of 8.45. (Fulton County) **
    Sorry bout the 8.45 is actually 10.8 , I did the right math down in all is just i didn't updated the 8.45 after typing it the first time.

    Isn't that the truth!! How wonderful to win the dream home package but how sad that no one actually can afford to keep it. Build it in a place where the average person can move in, pay the taxes, and enjoy it! What I would give to win either way, but even more so to actually be able to live in the home.
