Easter doesn’t get the decorating TLC it deserves. I blame this on its totally confusing scheduling system. First Sunday after the first full moon after the spring equinox? How am I supposed to keep track of that?! By the time I check my calendar, I’ve got maybe 10 days to spread Easter cheer all over my house.

I prefer fluffy chicks. I remember my parents bring home little chicks at easter time when I was little. That was over 45 years ago and I still remember how soft they felt.

Fluffy Bunnys for sure. I gave my 6 yo grandson a lion head bunny for Easter last year. My cousin raises bunnies for shows and gave me a second one for my grandson. He now has two lion heads.

Easter for me is about the resurrection of Christ, Palms, Prayer and gratefulness of this wonderful life that I have been given! And in addition, flowers lots of them, egg hunts, family, friends and hopefully, some sunny and warm weather! Gods blessings everyone!
For me, Easter is all about the cute yellow chicks. The bright yellow color of the chicks remind me of the cheerful time Easter brings.

yellow chics! My sister gave my son a stuffed one that cheeped his second Easter, and I still can't get that sound out of my head! We claimed it said "You're Cheap" instead of just cheep as it began to really wear on us!

As much as I love fluffy bunnies, the chicks remind me of when I was a little girl living in Bklyn. NY and my uncle would bring us live baby chicks. They were so cute and fun to watch. When they got too big to keep in our apartment, they would go to my uncles house on LI.
