My craft skills were stunted right about the time I made a slipcover for my vanity chair as a teen. A word of warning to novices: don’t choose a fabric that has stripes.

Clearly illustrator, cartoonist, and all around crafty person Jillian Tamaki has more talent in her little pinkie than I possess in my whole body.
