I may never, ever win anything, and with my job, well I sure can't afford to buy one, but thank you HGTV for creating these beautiful homes. Being a mother of a special needs child, I wish you made a home that was accessible for handicapped people, whether it's children or adults. I would love to see someone win one of your homes that truly is in dire need of housing or a vehicle. People like me lose their jobs due to being in the hospital with thier children, or my own problem putting me there, and there is very little for people like me. Keep up the beautiful work, and I will continue to watch your shows, and dream….

Beautiful home! Can you comment on the green attributes of the bathroom and kitchen cabinetry as well as the custom closet components? Did you choose FSC certified wood, low or no VOC finishes and products with no added urea formaldehyde – all attributes that help our earth and very importantly the indoor air quality of the home for healthy living.

This home takes my breath away! The tile work in the bathrooms is obviously done by someone very talented. Putting in this beautiful tile only makes you want to add to the beauty in each room. The area for the dog was brillant..and so well thought out! The artwork is simple but breathtaking. The colors throughout the Green Home can lift your spirits so much even on a dreary day. I will be hoping and dreaming each day I go through the videos and pictures. I do some oil painting myself, and can really appreciate the beauty in all your hard work. Great job!

The Green Home is amazing, it would be a dream come true and blessing to live in a home as beautiful as this one! I had never own a home or traveled to Colorado, I just hear great storys form co-workers how beautiful it is. Being able to travel to Denver is a dream I want to do someday, to be able to see the wonderful sights it gots to offer, maybe this could be my one and only chance to be able to go in one trip move in and enjoy all the home has to offer, plus the beautiful suroudings it has and alot more. It would be an honor waking up every morning to its beauty around me and my chidren. I know my children would love it too, especially my lil one. Her and I were seeing the tour of the home as it was showing in hgtv channel, she said mommy it would be so nice and exicted to live in a beautiful home like that, and she stated me to enter the contest, she said never know mommy, it could be us! with a big smile on her face. So here I am now, entering hopeing this home could be our first home for my children and myself,It would really be a blessing to receive a green home like this one. HGTV I just wanted to say thank you. You all have done a great job in building this green home in Denver, I pray that my husband and I may win. But from reading some of the blogs, there others who seem to need it more. From the pictures it is a dream come true and who ever gets this home will love it. When I move to Denver in the early 80's, I landed at Stapleton with my daughter, but we have to move back here three years later, I do miss Denver, I'm praying this maybe my way back to home.

Verry modern design
You are right, it's too modern for me and feels really cold. I would, like at least the interior to be more warm in furniture in design, some curtains might help. I really like the house, but it's to cold for me I fell like in some business office, If I would win I would make some extra changes. I like warm, inviting houses. I do understand that this is the latest style.

I had a real bad wreck 6 years ago while at work.Because im blind in my left eye i never saw the wreck coming and since then i have been in and out of doctors offices.I had the american dream to work hard and own a beautiful home like this one.I lost my car my house and everything else i owned because of that tragic day.My family is standing by me but we are getting im afraid next month we could be homeless altogether.A blessing like this sweepstakes would be a huge blessing,the type of blessing that would get me back on track and make my family proud of me again. god bless hgtv and whoever is blessed with this home!

I wish HGTV created a winning program for deaf, hard of hearing individual as majority of us here in America highly had to RELIES on government housing subsdiaries program (best known as HUD, Section 8).
It cost taxpayers nationwide in America execeeding easy two TRILLION annual just to assure that we have a place where we could call it home by living under government's roof. Is it proper for taxpayers to support us that way in America. Are we communist country or what??? You decide
In my situation, my job would not even let me afford a studio for my child and I after the family support ends in about two years. We would be homeless because there are so many people from other countries waiting for public housing assistance. Most of these people do not have a job and they are the ones placed first for housing, not single mothers who are in school and working and also has chronic medical condition. Anybody is willing to relocate for winning a home anywhere. Every place is nice as long as you own a home, regardless of size condition, etc.
I know that this is the only chance people like me may get a chance to own a home. I wish all of us luck for this contest and may God bless us all.

I loved the very first HGTV home log cabin In Jackson hole WY and have loved all the HGTV green homes .I enter each time hoping my dream comes true to live some where other than SC !!!! Oh please don't forget to put a whirlpool tub in each of these I missed that in the 2011 Green Home..
