A DIY Shelving Unit (VIDEO!)

Remember that large gap in our entryway we promised to make beautiful in good time? That time is now, friends, and I am thrilled with the project. Check out how Ken and I turned an empty, forgotten space into a custom shelving unit using reclaimed Wyoming snowfence (thanks, Centennial Woods!) and a few nails.

Enjoy!

p.s. Want to see a similar HGTV.com DanMade project from dear designer Dan Faires? Watch away!

  4. Such a fantastic and creative use of that space. I love the sneak peek into the living room that the opening creates. Great job as always!

  6. Cool idea. I was watching a show the other night and they used similar wood to make a wine rack, it looked like artwork when it was done. I am trying to find it at thi site. Any tips on how to do that?
