A new line of nursery sheets, blankets and bumpers from the style- and design-conscious Skip Hop has expanded the options for baby decor even further. Their new line, Treetop Friends, is adorable without being saccharine; kid-friend and parent-friendly. The color scheme is gender-neutral enough to work for a boy or a girl, and who could resist that wide-eyed owl?

My sister just did my nephew's room in this theme and it came out super. She chose a nice green for the walls and added "the owls" through the use of fabric and room-mate peel and stick decals. She custom-made throw pillows and blankets to match as well. I'll have to get some updated pics of the room onto my site. I helped her by paining a tree trunk in the corner of the room. See it at http://www.frugal-interior-design.com/wall-art.ht…. Definitely a great, non-gender specific room theme.
