Oscar-winner Diane Keaton can add “designer” to her already full resume. The icon of class and style has just launched a tabletop line with Bed, Bath & Beyond.

True of the style that Keaton has cultivated throughout her career, the settings are full of whites and browns with more subtle earth tones thrown in as complimentary shades. I love how the line reflects her high-buttoned collared shirts (can’t you just see the same lines in the bowls and plates above?), as well as the confident sass in the words inscribed on the canape plates.

Keaton's always had great taste and sense of style. Great to see how it translates into these products.
Are you for real! I think the stuf is ugly! She is an actress stick to acting. I hate when actors think they could do everything -design -politics
Agree. Who want to eat from a plate that says "Bite". The bowls look like they used Charlie Brown's shirt as a model.
[...] not be any more “her”. See photo I snagged from HGTV’s blog below, then click on this link to see their article – I’m just the messenger! (And I really, really want this [...]
No, this is not style. No flair and Diane Keaton has flair.
No one wants to eat off of something that looks like mud. No style here. I'm surprised by HGTV's willingness to sponsor a product like this.
These are below Walmart standards. Horrid!
HAHAHA no.
Looks like Ikea. I would have thought she would have more flair.
I have the most joy watching the effortless style and depth and humor of Diane Keaton on the screen. I wish these designs would have captured that essence so that they would put you in mind of her artistry. Unfortunately, they do not impress me in that way. I hope she'll do another as I would be open to seeing what is next.
Love Diane Keaton, always have but no, no, no on the tabletop line.
Sorry Diane, I think you have talent but I know you can't design!
I was excited when I saw that Diane Keaton now has a line of tabletop goods. I thought, I lik her style, I will like this line." WRONG. Ugly, cheesy, totally not impressed.
Diane Keaton has always been one cool chick… Good for her! I'll stop and pick some of these worded plates up. They look great!
No – Nadda – Not So Much – Wrong – Certainly Not Me or Mine – ?????? – Sorry Diane
Tell me this is a joke!!! No one in their right mind would want to use them, unless you gave them to your children to make mud pies in the yard. One could use them to learn how to spell the word "Yuck" along with Yum, Good, Eat, & Bite.
I don't care if her name is Diana Keaton and she is a great actress, it isn't enough to sell these lack-luster dishes.
I would not want these dishes if they were giving them away. Just plain gross.
I would not even buy these from the dollar store.
Very disappointed…I love Diane Keaton's style in clothes and think she's a great talent in every other field that she's tried, but this is SUCH a letdown! I expected much, much more creativity. This line looks more like if someone who couldn't afford pottery barn vomited and then bought it. Did a jealous enemy steal her identity? She should sue.
No I dont like it I wouldnt buy it if were on sale in the dollar store
I was expecting something stylish and understated with an unusual blend of complimentary colors. I'm truly at a loss for words. What comes to mind is the Design Star contestants who left the show after the first challenge…very embarrassing.
Looking for Mr. Goodplate….sorry, Dianne, but I am not impressed. Very disappointing.
I like it. Dianne I am impressed. I am looking for a set for a new out door kitchen I am building. Any discount coupons????????????????
outdoor kitchen? They'd look better in an outhouse
one word — yuck
Dianne don't listen to these no taste individuals. They probable live in a trailer parks, and they painted their trailers pink???????????????
People please – There plates!!!!! They are cute and fun, just as I would expect from Ms. Keaton. No where does it say this is fine china. Get a grip.
I like the white "worded" plates, but wish the brown would have been orange! Brown is not very appetizing, is it?! They are a but funky, like Ms. Keaton
)
Diane, give us your real style. Looking forward to your next line.
Boring & ugly Kitchens should be bright happy and clean places.
Boring. Drab. I dont like dishes with words on them. I love Miss D, but no real creativity here.
I find them boring. I prefer something with warmth and color. Earth tones are great if you include some golds. That brown was just plain dead, no depth at all and I'd be wary of nibbling on something that the plate was subliminally trying to convince me is delicious. Sorry.
