When I was in high school and it was a friend’s birthday, sometimes we would walk a block to the nearby Burger King to get french fries and a paper crown for the birthday boy or girl. Of course, that was partially to make the wearer feel special, but also to embarrass them a little, because embarrassment is what high school is all about.

However, I would not feel even a little embarrassed to wear this snazzy Crown Card from Present & Correct. Best of all is that it comes flat and delivered in a matching envelope. (So if any of my high school friends are reading this, please take the hint and post one to me this December 11.)

There's a nice little twist to the usual birthday card. So much for thinking they could only get this creative online. Come to think of it, when will they come out with crown e-card?
