♥ the Union Jack! I am a Brit married to US Air Force guy for 16 years! I say I am his souvenir from his tour in England. Would love these to show off my heritage!

  4. Kate Thompson says:

As a Brit married to a US air force pilot I am torn between the flags. I love the Union Jack as it is my heritage but I stand proud of the Stars and Stripes and all that it stands for! Proud to be a part of both.

  5. grandmamickeys says:

Wales dragon or the bold colors of UK and USA flags

  6. Mariemontgirl says:

Love the colors….all flags seem to be more than color combinations.
They promise hope and community and a future…perfect way to describe the
    home of my dreams.

  7. Lisa Johnson says:

I love the flags from our heritage–Sweden and Norway <3 (of course we never argue over which one is better! ha!) Having spent my Jr. year of college in England–U of Nottingham, I love all things U.K. and now it's extra neat that our daughter is going to spend a semester in England at the beginning of 2012!! I must say though, I love the America flag the best and all it represents~especially our troops <3

  8. Dora says:

I would love to win a British flag pillow for my grandaughter who is in love with London…she loves everything about it and even named her little doggie London, lol…it would be a great gift for a deserving, creative, artistic, gothic, very tall and beautiful 22 year old who is the apple of her Grandmother's eye!!

  9. Erin says:

Love the SC state flag. Simple and classic-navy with the white palmetto and crescent moon. Understated and elegant. Says everything about the state we live in and love.

  10. Paul Fogarty says:

    Positively smashing!

  11. theredheaded1 says:

Design wise I think my favorite may be the flag of Spain. The vibrancy of the red and gold against each other, then the regal-ness of the crest, just makes it an interesting flag to take inspiration from. My heart belongs to the Texas flag, but the designer part of me would take the flag of Spain! lol

  12. Patty says:

Union Jack – did you know it's a composite of the national flags of England, Scotland and Wales? If I should win, it will be a gift for one of the British Birds :-)

  13. Diedra Perkins says:

I moved to the South from California a few years ago and love to posess items that remind me of my home state. The golden bear is emblematic of all things California. It would be really neat to have the State of California’s flag to be distressed on a pillow.

  14. Karen A. says:

Of course I like the flag of the United States. Also like the Cyprus flag since hubby is from there.

  15. cshaffer says:

  16. Julie Djubenski says:

I love our flag of the USA 1st & all the Americana decorating that goes with it,,truly the best color combo!! That is why I love England’s flag, too,,same color Combo!! The Canadian flag is the perfect Fall color decorating accent with it’s Maple leaf & also goes well with the 1st 2!! I would be proud to display both Country’s along with the USA Flag pillows I got at WalMart for $12 as they are our Sister Countries & we always have each other’s backs in times of World Strife… :) :):)

  17. Julie says:

Having moved to England in 1996 on a whim and staying 12 years, I hold England very close to my heart and defend it with every chance I get! Probably more so than America. I was diagnosed with M.S. in the U.K. and I got the most fantastic healthcare much to America's disbelief! Just waiting for the animal quarantine to end, then I will move back!!! This pillow would look superb in my home.

  18. Bonnie says:

Of course I love the american flag but it seems that the union jack is an iconic symbol of the pop culture of the 1960s. Love that vibe!

I have to say I have always been partial to the Union Jack.

  25. Joani Heavey says:

I am proud to be an American. I stand for the rights and freedoms our forefathers fought for and wrote about in the Constitution. I may have some Norwegian blood, some German and Irish too, but that is why I am an American. The United States of America is my home and it's flag is my favorite. God Bless the USA!

  26. RandallGW says:

The Union jack is such great deign outside of it's political context. It adds color and drama to a room without overtaking it. Through it bin with St. Georges Cross and you have great historical and design drama in a room.

  27. ian says:

brilliant! would love to have that. would remind me of home

  28. Deb says:

Don't have a "favorite" national or state flag–there are so many interesting designs and colors, but since we're big Harry Potter fans, how about the crimson & gold Griffindor flag?!

  34. Brittany Thompson says:

I love the Union Jack, nothing makes me feel more proud of my heritage :)

  35. Kami says:

I love the Union Jack! I love the colorsthe history of how it encorporates the Scottish, English, and Irish patron saint's crosses, which hundreds of years ago used to be the flags of each country. Be encourporating the colors and crosses of each country, it truely emphasized a United Kingdom.

  36. Deborah Reed says:

The Union Jack represents the half of me that is rooted in SW London. My UK family are my roots and these days we talk all the time. Isn't it just too much to think how small the world has gotten since I was a kid. I get to go home about every three years. It is both the Jack and the American Flag. I fly both on my house at holidays, never the American Flag alone. I know the folks here in georgia wonder why I am just like I am. Very happy to have dual allegiances.

  37. Sally Baur says:

I love the Union Jack. I love the US flag very much, but the Union Jack has a longer history and the graphic design of it is amazing.

  38. Janice Zimmer says:

I love the Union Jack flag – have been an anglophile for a long time. Also, Scotland & Wales.

  39. Kari says:

    I love the flag pillows!

  40. KYRA says:

The Isle of Man has the most interesting flag for sure, it features the triskelion, the Three Legs of Man. Very unusual. Now I totally want these pillows! I just got back from England last month and I am such an Anglophile………..

  41. Susan P. says:

Since I grew up in the Bahamas, I'm kind of partial to the Bahamian flag.

  42. Whitnie says:

i think it just depends what look your going for, i like them all but, as it has more of a sentimental value i would say the brits flag is for me!

  43. Stacy says:

The U.S. flag, but the Union Jack is a close second!

  44. Courtney says:

The British Union Jack has the most character of any flag out there, instantly conjuring images running the gambit from castles to punk rock, Sherlock Holmes to Big Ben, double-decker buses to rolling countrysides. And while it's criss-crossed lines relay a sort of whimsy (no boring parallel lines here) there is also a definite sense of national pride relayed in it's bold graphic. Rule Britannia!

  45. Yelena B. says:

I love Union Jack! Perfect timing, Union Jack pillow was on my top priority decoration list. I also like Canadian and Japanese flags (to continue the thread).

  46. Summer says:

I adore the union jack! I've been obsessing over the way Jonathan Adler uses it's bold graphic qualities on elegant high back chairs and pillows for years. It's bold and makes a fabulous statement anywhere you place it.

  47. Mackie says:

I love both the British Union Jack and the USA Stars and strips. I love the 3 colours together. I love to see both flags flying….

  48. DebbieYauch says:

As I am originally British, I love the red white and blue of both the Union Jack (British flag) and Old Glory, together in perfect harmony!

I love the Union Jack. Although I'm now a US citizen I still feel British, and it always turns my head when I see the Union Jack flag anywhere.
