My favorite is the Alaskan flag. I like the simplicity of the stars (Big Dipper & North Star) on the blue field.

  6. dianeche says:

I would have to say the Union Jack pillows……they follow the British theme of late but also remind me of the British Invasion of the 60"s — particularly of the Beatles coming to the US and the impact they made. Reminds me of their album "Abbey Road".

  7. Misty Smith says:

  9. BeckyJo says:

As an American, Old Glory envokes feelings of pride & love for my country, no matter how flawed it might be. However, the Union Jack brings back great memories of travelling abroard during college. Fortunately the colors are the same. It's red, white & blue for me!

pattern on the front of her car as a license plate!! This would be an awesome surprise
    Christmas present for her!!

My favorite is still the Stars and Stripes.

  16. Jessica says:

I would have to say the British flag. I lived in London for a while and absolutely fell in love with the place. Seeing the flag is something personal for me, bringing back all of those fantastic memories. The colors are also the same as our flag, which brings my love of Great Britain home as well.

  17. Sandy Perry says:

I love everything British. I hope I win one!!!! :)

  18. @femmeartis says:

actually my favorite is the Union Jack, because of the contrasting bold colors, strong intersecting lines and triangles.

  19. Rebecca says:

My grandmother was a warbride, swept off her feet by my American soldier grandfather who was stationed near her hometown in England during WWII, so I've always been a fan of the Union Jack and the simple red and white of the flag of England.

  20. Heather says:

A symbol that can be recognized anywhere!

  21. Lauren says:

The Union Jack is just such a strong design for a small country with a ton of history. Nothing can bring it down.

  22. design98 says:

The bold and iconic Union Jack and the rich blue, gold, and white Louisiana flag.

  23. Amanda says:

I love the colors in the Alaska state flag. I lived in Alaska for 13 years and consider it a 2nd home. The blue and gold just go so well together. I love the story of its origins also. As a teacher, it has a lot of meaning to me that a 13 year old Native American boy won a scholarship for the winning design.

  24. Sara says:

Being from the UK I obviously like the Union Jack, however my favourite flag is for Japan. The simplicity of the flag makes it a design icon. Good luck everyone.

  25. stacy says:

    Stars and Stripes forever!
(but I'd love a Union Jack pillow!)

  26. MaryPA says:

By the way all the flags are pretty, but the Marshalls Island flag is vibrant.

  27. Cindy says:

These are so vibrant, love showing your pride with decor.

  28. pamelaslist.com says:

    I like the British flag

  29. NewOrleansLady says:

The Large Union Jack Pillow would the perfect gift for my Granddaughter's 16th Birthday Sept. 17, 2011
There is something about British Decorative Accessories that she loves. She plays Bass and already
has a Union Jack Strap; and she has a poster of the Union Jack on her wall.

  30. Kathy says:

The flag of the USA of course!

  31. Meaghan F. says:

Although I love the UK's flag, I think that Japan's flag is great. It's very simple, but it's beautiful all the same.

  32. Cherish says:

The red, white, and blue colors work so well together in so many different environments. I would loved to accent my home with them.

  33. Janelle Number 5 says:

Greece has a very lovely flag.

  34. Rosalee says:

I like the stars on the United State's flag. The Union Jack pillow is cool though. My Boyfriend is English. I'd love one of those pillows.

Since I'm Italian / Sicilian I'm bias to their flags too.

  35. judy says:

I love the USA flag. The symbolism and the meaning of the flag is wonderful. I also think red, white and blue are good colors.

  36. rslynch says:

I would say the Romanian flag. My husband and I went on a Dracula tour in Romania for our honeymoon, and we've been obsessed ever since. To incorporate it in design, we have used the blue as the predominant color with red and yellow accents. Furniture and accessories are vintage or a bit on the unusual side. If I had to choose a second favorite, it would be the playful and bold Union Jack or the unusual beachiness of the South Carolina state flag.

  37. Karen B says:

The Minnesota State flag for me.

  38. Denise says:

I have to go with the stars and stripes of the US flag. What can I say? I’m a patriot.

  39. Staryeyes723 says:

New Zeland. It's not quite the British Flag but it's close and I love it! I love all thing British, especially Harry Potter!

  40. Donna says:

Cool union jack pillow would love to own one.

  41. Ron Miller says:

    O-H-I-O

  42. phoebeintheforest says:

I would love to be able to give this toss pillow to my British son-in-law!

  43. Jenna says:

Strictly from a design standpoint, I'd say the US flag because it's got decorative uses several times throughout the year.

  44. lizz says:

I love the flag of Brazil, I like the colors and the shape contrast.

  45. Ceejay_Champion says:

I love the Mexican flag because it stands for the hardship many had in finally finding a home land. The Eagle eating the the snake remindes me of good winning over evil, the catus reminds me that life & liberty can be a prickly journey. I really don't know what the symbols are supose to mean, but then that is part of the draw. I see the flag and it sparks my imagination, reminding me that every country had to fight hard to become independent and to have their own flag.

  46. Kate says:

I have and always will love the British flag. I'm all for patriotism, and appreciate that the colors of the British flag are the same as the American flag, but the design of the British flag, in my opinion, has always trumped the American flag.

  47. Melissa says:

I think the union jack trend will last for the next year with the olympics countdown clock having begun counting down to the summer games in London!

  48. Kelly says:

There are 3 flags that I love..the American flag, the British Flag and the Canadian flag. I think they are all so beautiful and simple. I would be so excited to have that flag in my home.

  49. Meg Taggart says:

I love Greece's flag, the colors are just so summer and beachy. The britains flag pillows are way fab as well!
