Remember those Calgon commercials from the ’70s and ’80s with their promises of a “luxurious world” to help you escape from the stresses of everyday life? Well, this week’s object won’t draw you a bubble bath, but it will help your skin stay soft. Sold in black or white, it performs four — that’s right — four pleasing functions when inserted into its base and attached to your iPod, CD player or computer. (Talk about a hint; that gives away one of the four.)

Tell us what four things this object is designed to do in the comments below. I’m looking for all four. (And if you have no clue, tell us what four things you wish it would do!) Check back tomorrow for the answer.

I am pretty sure that one of the things this does is float in the pool or tub while listening to your music (ipod). It probably lights up while beating to the music. Use this in the crib or bedroom of a young child to put them to sleep. Baby monitor too!?!?

I'd guess, but since I suggested this, I have to recuse myself. Still, if I didn't already know what it was, I'd have no earthly clue.
Myabe a Roomba type thing that vacuums your desk space (while plugged into your computer- that would please me), plays music, releases scent and soothing tunes for a relaxing office environment?
I am drawing a complete blank. I can't even think of what I would like for it to do for me. Maybe grocery shop, braid my hair, and deliver me Taylor Kitsch?
I think this might be the very end of a wand-type product that can:
1. be an ultrasonic facial massager.
2. be a skin rejuvenation derma roller/pulsator with LED red/blue light-thermal infrared technology.
3. be a facial steamer.
4. have a hair removal function as well.
Just guessing…
Hmmm… looks like speakers to me.
1. Play music
2. Light up
3. Release steam for facial
4. Release scent
How does it help my skin stay soft? … It does the dishes for me. And then to remove the rest of my stress, it gets the kids up for school, it pays the bills, and does windows. iMaid.
