“It’s almost too pretty to eat” puts us into cliché territory, but I honestly think that’s true of these edible fall leaves from Sugar Robot. The colors are so lush, and the details so lifelike, it’s like someone collected them on a New England leaf-peeping trip. I can’t believe it’s just wafer paper and food coloring!

These are elegant enough for fall wedding tiers, but also fun as cupcake toppers. You could even use a few to spruce up a pumpkin pie for an extra-special Thanksgiving spread. If leaves aren’t your jam, Sugar Robot is still worth checking out for edible feathers, flowers, butterflies (imagine desserts looking like the butterfly art I posted about and you’re close), and spooky Halloween accents.
