It's a meat tenderizer!
I agree, meat tenderizer.
I'm going to agree with CplusE & JayKittle. BUT I want to think it's a back massager because that would be fabulous.
Crazy new paint treatment roller. You never know…?
My gut says meat tenderizer… my hunch says cellulite reducer. But really, those are the same thing, aren't they?

How about a rolling pin to make textured, decorative dough?
Definitely a meat tenderizer!
It has a hook, and you can see the paint dabbed in, making me think it's some kind of pottery piece, which would then make it art to be hung from your neck, the wall, your rear-view mirror? My first thought right away was a sporty new baby bottle. Really now wouldn't that be cool. (coming from a mother of five, that is where my mind goes.)

It’s a Medieval torture device!!!!!!:o
A jump rope handle?
Its a rolling pin.

Could be a baby teether/rattle or a pastry roller. My husband thinks it is a dog toy.
Use to flatten out chicken breast for making stuffed chicken.

I think it's a device to help train hunting dogs achieve a soft grip.
Concrete stamping doo-dad?
It's a citrus juicer!
Could it be a rolling pin for decorating pastry?
