Elvis' "Mama loved the roses" is my all-time favorite! Pulls gently at the heart-strings, paints a beautiful seasonal story and has the glory of the King's vocals. My mom played Elvis' holiday albums on the stereo, at full blast when decorating the house, made her happier than sipping the eggnog.
