It’s no secret that I think nailhead trim adds a little decorative oomph anywhere you place it, and this modern side table is no exception. It looks rather glam, doesn’t it? Would you guess that this was a clever IKEA Hackers project? Because I sure wouldn’t!

Erin Corcoran took two Lack tables, assembled them to match the form she wanted (with a solid base), and then added the nailhead strips. Total cost? $32! Visit IKEA Hackers to see more photos, and find out how to create this jaw-dropping look without dropping a lot of loot.

A little oomph? I think nailhead hardware adds a lot, decorative class that accentuates, like a womens face with makeup! The outline features stand out.

  7. I saw the PBS documentary about the Elizabeth Arden/Helena Rubinstein rivalry, The Powder and the Glory. It was very good but they did not focus on the fragrances at all, only the cosmetics. Curious, I looked up their scents online and wow, there were dozens of them released during the years when both women were still alive! Most are gone now, but of course you can still buy the great Arden classic Blue Grass, and Rubinstein’s Heaven Sent was iconic in its day as well. I really wish that Arden would come out with something memorable again.Elliott handbag collection for Kate Spade New York

  9. Extremely disappointing! A bunch of us walked in on a Sunday night a little before 9:00 and the kitchen refused to service us despite their published closing time was 9:00. I guess they don’t need. more >Extremely disappointing! A bunch of us walked in on a Sunday night a little before 9:00 and the kitchen refused to service us despite their published closing time was 9:00. I guess they don’t need the business and don’t care about the customers who travelled all the way from Sarasota just to have the “717 Experience”. Won’t be coming back. Give it a miss until the customer is more important then the kitchen staff punching out on time.I need a fast acting and reliable solution
