Some of the best New Year’s Eve decor is what you arm the guests with — namely, confetti. Yes, it may be a pain to vacuum up later, but it’s all about that wild abandon of throwing it at midnight!

You can make your own confetti at home with colorful paper and cute paper punchers, or if you’re short on time and supplies, you can check out some of the options above.     I love confetti. It is the perfect way to start a party. It is also good for throwing surprise parties. This was the first time I have ever seen different shapes with confetti.:p:D
