I must admit, I’m not much of a camper. I love the idea of it — roasting marshmallows, cooking over a campfire, enjoying nature and so on. But I’m not a fan of bugs — more like terrified of them. And I can’t seem to get comfortable in a sleeping bag (who’s with me?). So, in honor of National Camping Month, I decided not to go camping, but glamping (glamorous camping) instead.

Now, this chic bedroom turned campsite is more like it. You get the best of both worlds — great views of nature AND the luxuries of home. Once you get the right music and lighting going, you can invite some friends and make a dinner party out of it. Happy glamping, everyone!

I want to try glamping! I saw a website that showed yurts, tipis, safari tents and more from different parts of the world: http://www.glamping.com/
I find it tough to even call that a tent. It's better furnished than a lot of houses I've seen.
Now that is what I call a tent. I guess it wouldn't hurt to go about camping with some of the comforts and style of home.
