In the midst of this heat wave, all I can think about eating is ice cream or orange sherbet. I mean, there’s nothing like a scoop of your favorite flavor in a waffle cone to cool you off when the weather takes a vicious, sweat-inducing turn. Now you have even more reason to treat yourself with some Neapolitan, chocolate-chip cookie dough or toffee-flavored ice cream (as if you really needed a reason). Celebrate this delectable month and stay cool with some of our favorite ice cream-inspired entertaining ideas.
