looks sort of like an ulu…an 'Alaskan Native' 'Eskimo' knife.
I never would have guessed that but it sure is a neat contraption.
I'm surprised nobody has come up with this creation sooner. I want one!
Best used with an old fashioned wooden chopping bowel.
