[Cue Will Smith's 1998 classic "Miami" for this entire post.]

I normally hate choosing favorites, but this is definitely my favorite Urban Oasis yet. Located in one of Miami’s top waterfront locations, this contemporary apartment provides both calming views of the water and enticing Miami nightlife just steps away. New York and Chicago both had drool-worthy views, but there’s just something about the Biscayne Bay that draws me in. I think I could live on the terrace and be perfectly content.

  5. What's most impressive about these rooms is that they almost take you to a whole other place. It's easy to forget that, technically, you're still in the middle of one of the busiest cities in the world.

  6. When you look at Miami that way and in those weather conditions, it definitely looks every bit an urban oasis. Just remember to batten down the hatches once storm season rolls in though and you should be fine.
