Update: Congratulations to this month’s random winner, Aliesha, who plans to decorate with chevron patterns this fall. Aliesha has two weeks to respond to our emails before we choose another random winner.

It’s still hot here in Tennessee, but signs of fall are all around. A few leaves in my yard are changing from green to yellow. Kids are headed back to school. Football season is underway. This month’s giveaway will help get your home ready for fall action: It’s a modern bedding set from Zinc Door! Read on to enter for a chance to win.

Love this duvet color! It allows for the additional splash of your favorite bright color to brighten the room. The stripes will compliment prints or solid pillows that you want to add, with a little bit of sparkle! Liz's idea of adding a chevron dresser would really finish off the whole effect, and I even have the dresser that I can paint! Small color full throw rugs on each side would look great.

We added a garden theme to the munchkin's room, and are doing a zebra/peace sign/hippie look for the almost teen. The baby's room (redesigning for the new addition in November) will be Lollipop Jungle (pink/purple/mokeys and other animals)

I hope to combine a modern toile, such as toile de jouy 2 from Saint Honoré, in bold black and white with saturated, primary colors in solids or large geometric block prints.

I am loving the bold stripes of this duvet! Its sophisticated and clean. I like the clean classic look with stripes and geometry for transitioning into fall

  5. Kathleen says:

Stripes, stripes, stripes! It's getting a little ridiculous in my house (I think every room has something striped) but I can't help myself!

  6. Aliesha says:

Chevron all the way! Especially multicolored chevron!

  7. Abigail says:

I'm loving the patterns I'm seeing of large touching circles. I also have a huge fondness for houndstood and would love to someday to do a whole wall in it, in subtle colors.

  8. Jeremy says:

    I'm MAD for PLAID!! ;)

  9. Jackie says:

This bedding would look great with the blue and gray vector painting we made to hang over the bed this summer!

  10. Suzanne says:

I've been searching for a damask or toile pattern but can't find what I'm looking for….I also like stripes and love this striped set!
