I find the scripted dialog of your shows to be quite out of it. when showing a home it should be if the house feels good and and the layout is good what difference if the walls are not the right color or the wallpaper is old the most important thing is the layout of all the rooms and size of them. if it fits the buyers need the rest is just cosmetic and should be pointed out.. I think your writers need to change their scripts because every show is the same and you some change. thank you
