You may recall, I hate camping. And yet, here I am — delighted once again by something that involves sleeping outdoors. Perhaps I do like the idea of camping and just detest the actual activity? Whatever — I’ll self-diagnose some other time.
Look at this! You (not me), but YOU can now camp suspended from a tree on top of a Bavarian mountain in Germany. It’s sort of crazy, but it’s sort of awesome (again, for you — not me).

What do you think? Are you brave enough to hang out in nature? I’ll be happy to cheer you on from my hotel window.

I think that would be fun, But I love to camp
Looks like fun.
Interesting concept.
The photography is absolutely stunning. Not sure if I'd try it, though…

It looks like fun, except of course for the complete lack of privacy. No changing clothes, no nooky….
who can say no nooky?
But does it have wifi?
I assume that's exiting for some people that love adrenaline but for me it would be horrific.
Great photos of this unique camping experience.
"The Lawd invented Hilton Rewards for a reason," she says hand clasped to chest in her best Scarlett O'Hara. That's all I'm saying.
…and how are you supposed to get in and out of that??? …and what about getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom???
There's a crazy idea for accommodations. If it was possible to fit a TV and a bathroom in, this might actually be something even the london luton hotel might consider to attract more visitors.
Crazy doesn't quite fit the bill, James. I do agree though that it might pull in more visitors, even to the most obscure hotels in hyde park.
I better get the tents and family campervan sydney ready for a long trip. The kids will definitely want to try that kind of camping.
it would be so so awesome
