Through March of next year, Japan’s Winter Illuminations light show is in full swing. If you’re near the island of Nagashima in Kuwana, the installation is a must-see for tourists (I mean, just look at the photos — this is spectacular!).

  10. I can see why the structure would be a great tourist attraction. At the same time, I can also see how much they probably pay the electrician to keep all those lights running.
