Hello Design Happens readers! It’s Tuesday, so you know what that means: it’s time for another Weekday Crafternoon. This week I have the last handmade gift project from my Epcot International Food & Wine Festival presentation. So far in this series I’ve walked you through a thrifty gift for a group, a simple gift for a guy, and now I bring you an easy DIY gift for the ladies in your life. Check it out below.
My aunts love to cook, so I plan to make one of these crock and custom wooden spoon sets for each of them! Don’t give away my secret. How about you? Who would you make this handmade goodie for?

See you next week!

another great craft video, thank you marianne i'm enjoying these
Another fun idea is to grow a pet TickleMe Plant from seeds and watch how the leaves fold like magic when you Tickle It!
See the video of the TickleMe Plant in action here http://www.ticklemeplant.com
Another fun craft and I love this idea.
Great gift idea.
I give this craft 2 thumbs up!
YES!!
Another thrifty and cute gift that I want to try! This is one of my favorite features on the HGTV Blog. Marianne is so cheerful and creative, and is also the spitting image of Elinor Donahue from Father Knows Best (showing my age here, lol). Keep it up!
Well you just made my day! Thanks so much, carolinaprep!
