Update: Congratulations to Lorena, who says her 2013 goals include keeping her home “a bit more clutter free. I think the blanket box would definitely help with that,” she says. Congratulations, Lorena! Check back the first Friday in February for a new giveaway.

Just because the holidays have passed doesn’t mean you can’t get one more gift for the home. This month’s giveaway comes from sofa.com, a British-born home furnishings company recently launched in the U.S. with one very simple aim – to provide well-made, comfy and affordable sofas, chairs and sofa beds. We’re giving one lucky reader the company’s new Blanket Box to help conquer those “get organized” resolutions in 2013.

Cleaning out every closet, drawer & cabinet in my home, (which I began on New Years day); then donating everything I havn't used in more than 1 year. I have already finished foyer, living, dining & half of kitchen! Also reorganize the pantry , give away canned & processed food so we can cook healthier. Finally finish my outdoor terrace & landscaping so we can enjoy the outdoor. Its alot but I will finish!

Oh goodness – my household resolution is to simplify and as a result of that and planning, to create better organization within my home and my life. As a single parent to two teenage boys, anything that I can do to make things simpler in our lives makes everything better.
