A. C is too jarring, as there is no other instance of that color in the room and it would distract from the punches of red; B would read as a fuzzy stripe and not add impact to the overall design. A is a strong design, as are the lines and colors of other elements in the room, and it would be like the 'jewelry' for all the black.
