So, has everyone read Les Misérables by Victor Hugo, seen the on-stage adaptation or checked out the newest film that hit theaters last month? If the all-star cast and singing isn’t enough to reel you in, then the 19th-century sets and costumes surely will. I was stunned with “Les Miz” costume designer Paco Delgado’s accurate portrayal of period fashions. According to an article on EW.com, Paco says he drew his design inspiration from surviving garments and made the musical’s costumes 90 percent accurate to 19th-century Paris, although some details were added for a more theatrical look.

I saw the movie, and I am in love with everything about it! The music is so beautiful, the costumes were amazing, as well as the setting. I went twice already to see it in theaters and will go and see it again. I will definitely buy the movie and the soundtrack when it comes out. <3
