HGTV Headquarters here in Knoxville, Tenn. got its first taste of winter two weeks ago with a midday snowstorm. Then, on Friday, we received our first official ice storm of the season. Trees, bushes and porch railings were all covered in icicles and unmelted snow. I don’t mind waking up to that every once in a while! Have you seen snow flurries yet this year?

Gee how I wish we could get snow here in South Louisiana (New Orleans)..This may sound crazy to the folks who get snow often, but here we had a few flurries a few years ago and by the time everyone got their cameras, etc., it had STOPPED…. I enjoy watching the pictures from the north, etc of snow, so pretty.
