Clementine Crush Cocktail Recipe

In an empty mixing glass build:

1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
1/2 ounce simple syrup

Muddle the above ingredients.


1 1/4 ounces Svedka Clementine
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
1/2 ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice
1/2 ounce passion fruit juice
10 ounces ice

Place three thin slices of a fresh orange against the wall of the highball glass. Add ice. Shake cocktail well, and tightly strain into the glass.
