Ah, Valentine’s Day. Every store is covered in pink and red; candy companies are churning out their holiday favorites; teddy bears are being sold in abundance. No matter your romantic status (happily single, not-so-happily single, in love, crushing, bitter over a breakup, etc.), we have the perfect Love Day cocktail for you. I mean, nothing will soothe your tears this Valentine’s Day like a “Bleeding Heart” cocktail, amiright?
BLEEDING HEART:

Ingredients
3 tablespoons pomegranate vodka (or raspberry)
fresh cranberries
Polar Pomegranate Seltzer (or Cherry)
2 tablespoons frozen cranberry juice concentrate
Directions
Combine the vodka and cranberry concentrate in the bottom of a glass. Add fresh cranberries, then add Polar Seltzer and watch it bleed before drinking with abandon.
BITTERSWEET:

Ingredients
sugar cube
Angostura orange bitters
Polar Orange Vanilla Seltzer
lime slices, for garnish
Directions
Drop sugar cube into bottom of goblet, saturated with the bitters. Add fresh ice and a couple of lime slices. Top generously with Polar Seltzer. Swirl to slowly combine.
ONE NIGHT STAND:

Ingredients
2 tablespoons citrus-flavored vodka
2 tablespoons raspberry-flavored vodka
1 tablespoon Chambord
1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lime juice
1-2 tablespoons simple syrup (or syrup from cherries)
Polar Black Cherry Seltzer
maraschino cherry with stem, for garnish
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add vodkas, Chambord, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake or stir until well chilled. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.
SWF (SINGLE WHITE FEMALE):

Ingredients
3 tablespoons confectionery vodka
4 tablespoons white cranberry juice
Polar Vanilla Seltzer
cranberries, for garnish
Directions
Combine vodka, white cranberry juice and cherries in a cocktail shaker with ice. Vigorously combine until condensation forms on outside. Pour over a tall glass filled with quality ice.
PUCKER UP:

Ingredients
3 tablespoons sour apple liqueur
Polar Granny Smith Apple Seltzer
Granny Smith apple, peel, for garnish
Directions
Add the sour apple liqueur to the bottom of a double old-fashioned glass filled with ice and the apple peel. Top generously with Polar Seltzer. Swirl to combine.
