We had a little fun yesterday, but now we’re ready to reveal the color we’re really crushing on for April. This month’s color team meeting was a face-off of delicious proportions. The deliberations came down to two fruity hues: Abbi’s crisp, fresh apple green versus Marianne’s bright raspberry. We were torn: Both colors freshen up your home for spring, and they even look beautiful together:

So, what was our pick? Read on to find out.

We couldn’t resist raspberry! This softer, lighter take on fuchsia is deliciously fresh, whether in desserts

…or living room accents, like the striped rug, floral throw pillow and flower arrangements featured in this lovely mustard, white and raspberry living room. And check out that pink cord on the minimalist pendant lighting!

Large-scale floral prints are big this season on the runway and in the home. Get in on the spring trend with a raspberry-embellished print on the windows or the sofa. Isn’t this silver-gray and raspberry print from Romo just perfection?

Love raspberries and I've used it in my kitchen in 2006. Painted the walls white and ragged it with raspberry. I have dark beams with grape lights. It's very Tuscany looking and I love it.

I just painted my new sewing room this apple green. My husband, son and son-in-laws did the room for me using their great talents. I am currently looking for raspberry and pinks and the green fabric for my curtains. These are cheerful colors together. Love your rooms!

Ooh, Nancy, apple green is such an energizing color for a workspace. I can imagine the fabric from the Jonathan Adler comforter at the top making a great seat cushion or accent pillow!
