This popular no-bake peanut butter pie is divine. It’s also an incredibly easy recipe.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Pinterest pinners love peanut-butter-everything and I’ve seen several versions of this dessert pinned. My recipe is one of the most simple to make.

This crowd-pleasing chilled pie is perfect for warm-weather parties. I brought it to work and received rave reviews. The highest praise was from Deanne Revel, fellow Pinterest Pin Boss (HGTVRemodels, FrontDoor and DIYNetwork): “You are a pie god.”

No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:
1 chocolate cookie crust (I use store-bought)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
8 oz. whipped topping (thawed)

Directions:
With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar. Blend in peanut butter and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into prepared pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Optional: Garnish with chocolate syrup, grated chocolate and mini Reece’s cups.
