I celebrated an early Fourth of July on Saturday night with tipsy ice cream (alcoholic ice cream + toppings) and a fireworks* display at Hannah‘s house. I’m not sure if there’s a better way to spend a summer evening. I truly forgot how much I loved fireworks until I sat there on the steps of a nearby building, far away from the festival crowd, and watched them explode into the sky. There’s something about fireworks that makes me feel reflective, sentimental and nostalgic. Will your Fourth of July festivities include a fireworks display?
