I swore off lime green for more than a decade after an unfortunate bedroom design mishap from my youth. (Lots of ‘flower power’.) I’m starting to slowly integrate the fruity and luscious hue back into my life in small doses. Lime is such a strong color, so I prefer when it’s used alongside neutrals to tone it down a bit. What’s your take on lime? Love it, or leave it in the produce aisle?

Our house ended up lime green (the outside) unintentionally. With tan trimming and a darker tan for the garage and front door. While it surprise me, it looks quite cheery and makes me smile when I pull up.

I may not use lime color for the walls maybe , but I like it on the door and yes it definitely has that lemony freshness in it.
