Fall colors are peaking here in East Tennessee, and we’ve just launched a cornucopia (sorry!) of new Thanksgiving ideas to help you plan your fall feast. So this month, we all came to the color showdown with vibrant hues on the brain. It’s no surprise, then, that our final choice was a bright, spicy hue from HGTV Magazine online editor Alyssa.
What is it? Paprika! This bold red-orange hue is a richer version of spring coral. Look around outside and see it in vibrant maple leaves, or spot it in the grocery store in the form of in-season persimmons. (Try Dessert for Breakfast’s Persimmon-Oat Crumble on a cold morning. Mmmmm.)
