New Year’s resolutions are all about reflecting on the past year and making strides to a better and more successful year to come. I generally set the same goals: exercise patience, be more active, use my bike more to get around, travel somewhere new, etc. I’m generally pretty good about following through, but sometimes it’s difficult to get started.     Using exercise bike on daily bases shall makes your body shaped and you can become a smart person if you use it wisely. Now the question is how wisely? I have answer of it: Use it daily about 20-25 mints before breakfast but take some juice first and then do workout. I have got amazing results by this. Hope it will help you also. Thanks
