New Year’s resolutions are all about reflecting on the past year and making strides to a better and more successful year to come. I generally set the same goals: exercise patience, be more active, use my bike more to get around, travel somewhere new, etc. I’m generally pretty good about following through, but sometimes it’s difficult to get started.     My New Years resolution is to fix my house and do improvements. I love watching HGTV for ideas. I would like to gt a hold of fixing rental properties since I will be having my mother move in with me and will be using her house as a rental. It needs a lot of updates in some fixing up.

    Wonderful tips shared, i believe home renovation should be on the prime list, i know it cost at lot, but after estimation & overall expenditure details one should go for home renovation to get the desired that one has been aspiring for.
